By MICHAEL BODGETT| Bloomberg | February 23, 2017 12:04:33AM ESTThe U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) on Wednesday announced that it is launching a pill to prevent HIV/Aids in combination.
The drug is called the Combination G035 and is a combination of two drugs that are already on the market.
“Combining these two powerful medications is a critical part of the overall HIV/ Aids prevention strategy,” said DEA Acting Administrator John Sperling in a statement.
The announcement comes after the U.K. government said in October that it had begun the process of creating a pill that combines both viagra and ganzfel.
The combination pill is expected to cost around $600 per month and is expected in the market by the end of next year.
