Why is there no deal on the new Brescia-Villa Giulia deal?

The first part of the Milan-Brescia deal was signed today.

The second part will be made public soon.

That deal, however, will include only a portion of the revenues from the sale of Juventus and Inter, as well as a large share of the revenue from the stadium and its land.

Therefore, the agreement must be approved by the Council of Ministers and ratified by the Constitutional Court.

This means that the amount of the final revenues from both deals must be kept confidential.
