The stronger the nightshades, the better.
These pills are available in a variety of colors, but all of them contain caffeine, and the stronger the caffeine, the more the night-shades make you feel sleepy.
They’re also more expensive.
Grab some of your favourite morning snacks.
If you’re tired of drinking the same drinks over and over again, grab a few snacks.
A good place to start is with a bagel or french toast, and grab a bag or two of the morning cereals and a few crackers.
You might also consider some fruit snacks like berries, bananas, and even watermelon.
Have a few of your best friends over for a quick coffee or snack.
If the last thing you want to do in the middle of a morning is spend the night without a cup of coffee, then go out and have a cup.
